Location:   The  project  is located  in  Mazandaran province. Toranj suburb in Royan from the  north  near t he  Caspian Sea   and  from  the  south overlooking  the Alborz Mountains.

Design concept:  Main  concept is  variety of vision every single spaces of villa have their own vision and also nice view of sky with  communication  between  indoor  and  outdoor space. The second  concept  is  suspension witch can be seen  in  the  entrance part. It protrudes  to completely shows a sense of suspense.
